When you fill out our contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number if you give one, the services you're interested in, the best time to reach you, your time zone, and anything you write in the message box.

When you call our AI receptionist: your phone number, the name you give, a short written summary of the call, and a brief note about what you asked for so we can help you faster next time. If you book, we save the appointment time and reason.

When you book an appointment: your name, phone number, email if you give one, the time you chose, and the reason for the visit.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking app uses one cookie to keep staff signed in.

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and confirm appointments, send booking confirmations, and remember the context of earlier calls so you don't have to repeat yourself. We don't use it for anything else.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.

If you give us your phone number when you book an appointment by phone or on our website, we may text you about that appointment, for example a booking confirmation or a change to your time. We only send texts about your appointments and requests you've made. We don't send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call (321) 326-0014.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the text messaging provider that delivers our messages, and only to deliver them.

A few companies process information for us so the website, phones, and texts work. They may only use it to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts our website, booking app, and database.
• Twilio carries our phone calls and text messages.
• Deepgram turns speech on receptionist calls into text.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• An AI model provider helps our receptionist understand and answer calls.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep your information while we're working with you or for as long as we need it to provide the services you asked for, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] or call (321) 326-0014 and we'll take care of it. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Our website and app only load over encrypted connections, staff sign in with one-time links, and only Pantheon staff can see Pantheon's bookings and leads.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
